Position: Project Manager / Business Consultant
An Irish Web Development company with strong expertise in Intranet and Pharmaceutical
sector. Worked mainly on two important projects:
Project 1: Project
Manager :
A permission marketing model providing special offers and rewards. Special offers
are delivered to members through personalised web pages and targeted emails.
Was business consultant then project manager during the website development.
Supervised information architecture, design, technical issues, integration and
testing. Managed a team of 5 persons. Is nowadays one of the most successful
sites in the country with 250,000 members: Pigsback.com.
Project 2: Project
Consultant
Performed the entire marketing
approach for an European network providing Internet presence to 250 small business
companies. To get them online, the methodology was based on seminars, workshops,
marketing chart, web template, content template and marketing plans. Developped
the web site communication plan.
Other tasks included consultancy, information architecture and usability, online
marketing, content editor, sales presentation for B2C and B2B projects (GE Capital,
Pfizer, Peugeot, etc).
