Position: Online Manager
  Responsibilities:
  Defined the strategy and implemented a website dedicated to French wines, enabling 
  e-commerce transaction. Because of previous experiences as a journalist and 
  marketing writer, handled the content with wine experts (300 pages for one language 
  version: French, English and German). During the development process managed 
  a developer and a designer. Reviewed many e-commerce and e-payments solutions, 
  eventually chose one that fitted the website strategy and implemented.
  
  During the operation supervised 
  a webmaster, added daily content, set up an affiliate program, dealt partnerships, 
  integrated new functionality and managed the operations of the web site. Also 
  responsible for the online marketing including search engine optimisation, partnership, 
  promotion. By using my PR-experience to deliver a press release and explore 
  viral marketing, 20.000 people coming from 60 different countries visited this 
  site each month. 
  
  Evolving from this project, I have been asked to speak at conferences (about 
  Internet & electronic commerce) and to do some Internet trainings for winegrowers 
  or/and managers.
