        An Irish Web Development company with strong expertise in Intranet and 
        Pharmaceutical sector. Worked mainly on two important projects: 
      Project 1: Project Manager 
        A permission marketing model providing special offers and rewards. 
        Special offers are delivered through personalised web pages and through 
        targeted emails. Was project manager during the website development. Supervised 
        information architecture, design, technical issues, testing and integration. 
        Managed a team of 5 persons. Is nowadays one of the most successful sites 
        in the country with 250,000 members (http://www.pigsback.com). 
       
        Project 2: Project Consultant 
        Did the entire marketing approach for an European network providing 
        Internet presence to 250 small business companies; development and execution 
        of a methodology with seminars, workshops, marketing chart, web template, 
        content template and marketing plans. Set the web site communication plan. 
        Other tasks included consultancy, information architecture and usability, 
        online marketing, content editor, sales presentation for B2C and B2B projects 
        (GE Capital, Pfizer, Peugeot, etc). 
        
      
      July 1996 - June 1999: Terroir.com, E-Commerce Solutions Agency, France

        Responsibilities: 
        - Defined the strategy and implemented a website focused on French wines, 
        enabling e-commerce transaction. Because of previous experiences 
        as a journalist and marketing writer, handled the content and translation 
        works with wine experts (300 pages for one language version: French, English 
        and German). Managed a developer and a designer. Reviewed many e-commerce 
        and e-payment solutions and eventually implemented.  
        - During the operation supervised a webmaster, added daily content, set 
        up an affiliate program, dealt partnerships, integrated new functionality 
        and manage the operations of the web site. 
        - Also responsible for the online marketing including search engine 
        optimisation, partnership, promotion. Using my PR-experience to deliver 
        a press release and explore viral marketing, 20.000 people coming from 
        60 different countries visited this site each month.  
        - Evolving from this project, I have been asked to speak at conferences 
        (about Internet & electronic commerce) and to do some Internet training 
        for winegrowers or/and managers.

        Responsibilities: 
        The main event was an European competition between music and multimedia 
        artists. Built and maintained a database of professional contacts on Microsoft 
        Access given to all entrants. Promoted the most important indoor techno 
        event in Europe. Other events included a Midem evening in Cannes, 
        a fantasy movie festival, different music festivals in Europe. The growing 
        activity of the agency began to focus on website projects. Located and 
        hired professionals, gave them tasks and supervised the first projects 
        of the company for Marlboro, Hugo, Bikini Test. 
       
        Feb 1992 - Mar 1995: Media 7, Record Company, France 
      Position: Computer then Marketing Support 
      Responsibilities: 
        - Began to work in the computer department. Checked the database was accurate 
        between transfer from IBM AS400 to Windows Analog and Access and finally 
        to QuarkXPress. Created the Analog database and integrated it in the process. 
        Supported staff using these databases. 
        - The music knowledge and the dynamism helped the move to the product 
        department, worked with the alternative music product manager to support 
        the sales. Performed market researches. Created the line of sale documents. 
        Wrote the content of these documents and most of time translated them 
        from English to French. Of course maintained the database of the department 
        products.
