Website: Chair the Internet steering committee. Manage the site structure and the content. Is involved in new design, content management system, customer relationship and training. Promote and manage special web-projects. Market online banking. Is waiting launch of new design and capabilities for operations. Initiated and animate a portal concept federating 15 websites.
Identrus: Online identification service sponsored by 50 banks and powered by Ibm, Microsoft, Sun and alike. The bank is positionned as a leader after succesful sales and a marketing plan executed with website, sales material, sales event, press release & pr, demo and packaging.
e-Marketing: Evangelise with an e-business newsletter, regular internet strategic intelligence, online communication workshop and usability lobbying.
